The Challenge
Football clubs needed branded mobile apps to engage fans, but building custom apps from scratch for each club was time-consuming and expensive. The challenge was to create a flexible white-label platform that could be quickly customized for different clubs while maintaining consistent quality and performance.
Each club had unique branding requirements, content strategies, and feature needs, but all shared core functionality like news, match schedules, tickets, and merchandise.
The Solution
I designed and developed a comprehensive design system that served as the foundation for all club apps. This system included:
